No flaws found in annual review
Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center at Natick has received a deficiency-free rating from the state Department of Public Health (DPH).
After an exhaustive examination of Beaumont’s operation, state officials found no flaws to report in the 2017 annual required survey.
“Receiving a perfect survey from the DPH is a tremendous accomplishment only possible through consistent hard work and genuine care for our residents,” said Jessica Brigham, executive director of Beaumont at Natick.
State officials analyzed multiple factors including the building’s environment, resident care, dietary procedures, cleanliness, medicine policy and safety. They also interviewed several residents, family members and employees and thoroughly analyzed patient records.
“I am both proud of and amazed by our staff's dedication, daily attention to detail and constant desire to provide the highest quality care to our residents,” Brigham said.
