For the second year in a row, Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center at Natick has received a deficiency-free rating from the state Department of Public Health (DPH).
After a detailed examination of Beaumont’s operation, state officials found no flaws to report in the 2018 annual required survey.
“Receiving a perfect survey from the DPH two years in a row is a tremendous accomplishment only possible through consistent hard work and genuine care for our residents,” said Jessica Brigham, executive director of Beaumont at Natick.
State officials analyzed multiple factors including the building’s environment, resident care, dietary procedures, cleanliness and medicine policy. They also interviewed several residents, family members and employees and thoroughly analyzed patient records.
“I am so proud of and impressed by our staff for displaying consistent attentiveness, dedication and a drive to provide the highest quality of care to our residents,” Brigham said.
