Start here to plan your exciting, new lifestyle.

STEP ONE - Tour our independent living community, meet our residents and staff, complete a Priority Depositor Application, and return it with a fully refundable $2,000 deposit. Your application will be processed in order of its position on the Priority Depositor List.

The deposit reserves the apartment of your choice, once available, and will be applied toward your entrance deposit. Should you wish to withdraw your application, 100% of the deposit will be promptly refunded.

STEP TWO - Once your apartment is reserved, an information booklet with a sample Residency Agreement, along with Personal, Physician and Financial Forms will be provided. Completed forms should be returned as soon as possible. Upon receipt, a health interview will be scheduled for you with The Willows’ Director of Wellness.

The health interview is a time for discussing how the active life at The Willows fits your own capabilities, and what we can do to help you make the most of your life there.

STEP THREE - Applicants will be advised of acceptance and a move-in date is then discussed.

STEP FOUR – Ten days from the date of your reservation, a 10% fully refundable deposit will be due (minus the $2,000 deposit).

STEP FIVE - The balance of your entrance deposit is required to be paid no later than the date of move-in.
