Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Northbridge, MA
A wide variety of services meeting a wide variety of needs.
Our Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Centers offer truly exceptional nursing care delivered by a dedicated, interdisciplinary team of well-trained professionals. That care is a dynamic blend of rehabilitative, nursing care and restorative care, social services, therapeutic recreation and specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care from our enlightened, highly-regarded Tapestry Program.
The goal of our staff is to help all Residents achieve their optimum level of health, independence and social enjoyment in partnership with their family members and friends. We accomplish this by providing high quality services to our Resident community in a warm, resident-centered environment - we're not simply a "nursing home facility." We call it our “Home within a Home” way of life, emphasizing Resident choice and personal empowerment with the respectful attention of our devoted staff.
At our Beaumont skilled nursing facilities, we seek to reinforce the feelings of home by designating our floors and areas as “neighborhoods.” Further, all the names of the neighborhoods among our five locations are unique to them.
Senior Rehabilitation Centers With a Family First Approach
We encourage friends and family to visit our Residents often, to see them privately, to enjoy a meal with them, or to participate in what’s “happening” on their Beaumont neighborhood. While we are open to visitors 24 hours a day, visiting between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. allows flexibility while respecting Residents who retire early or sleep late.
The work of our Beaumont team reflects a tradition of senior care begun by the Salmon family in 1952, carried on today by carefully chosen and highly skilled nurses and professionals who are dedicated to continuing the services of the company’s visionary founders.
When a family member needs special care, deciding what’s best can be a challenge. At our Northbridge Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Centers, we stand ready to provide valuable information and thoughtful guidance. We encourage you to visit at any time and allow us to assist you in the next chapter of care for someone important to you.
We’re happy to do screenings in-home, in-hospital or in other skilled nursing centers; access our admissions office by contacting (508) 234-9771.
Meet the Team
I’m Betty Wadsworth and I have been with this organization for 40 years. I love working with people, especially our elders. My husband Ed also works here; we have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I started working in the kitchen, then in high school became a CNA. I worked my way through different roles to where I am today and I’m very happy with my position.
Beaumont at Northbridge offers a wide variety of services including adult day health, Alzheimer’s care in our Tapestry Program, short-term rehabilitation, long-term residential care, hospice services and child care with an emphasis on intergenerational programs. We also offer assisted living residences right on campus. I‘ve happily assisted families with all of our services, knowing the care our staff delivers is outstanding.
I am delighted to guide the Northbridge campus alongside the talented, dedicated team treating our residents, clients and their families with care and concern. Working for SALMON as a physical therapist and department director led me to train as an administrator here. My positive experiences and background in different service levels has me confident that we offer people the best place for care as well as the best place to work.
Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is committed to providing exceptional service through every interaction. Our satisfaction survey allows our Residents and their families to share their experience with us and with you. We take their comments to heart and use them to improve the care and services we provide.
