Kicking off 2019, SALMON Health and Retirement will break ground on two new communities, The Willows independent living community and Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care at Medway.
The 57 acre campus, located at 261 Village Street, will be home to 56 freestanding homes/cottages with attached garages, 15 attached rental homes/cottages with interior parking, 56 apartment homes in a common building—all featuring full kitchens, washers and dryers, etc. It will also include 60 traditional assisted living and 40 memory care assisted living apartments, as well as a medical office building and pavilion to be utilized by both independent and assisted living residents, as well at the outside community.
The projected campus will feature a vibrant, full-service, active environment offering spacious, maintenance-free, homes; award-winning, chef-prepared meals in multiple dining venues; and abundant, on-site amenities including a bank, spa, salon/barber shop, fitness center, indoor pool, general store library, billiards lounge, workshop, creative arts studio, greenhouse, great room equipped with a stage and bar, ‘pavilion’ clubhouse and so much more for the convenience and enjoyment of the residents.
